Q: What is the temperature range at which the system operates?

The system operates between -20°C and 60°C, providing a temperature difference of up to 40°C compared to the ambient temperature. This is enough to cool you down or, conversely, warm you up.

Q: What are the advantages of Tempesta for workers in extreme environments?

The advantages are numerous and significant. Workers will no longer suffer from heat or cold, which will lead to a significant increase in their productivity and overall performance. Take, for example, a royal guard in the United Kingdom who faints on duty due to fatigue and heat. Thanks to Tempesta, this kind of situation will no longer exist, and workers, even when struggling in the sun, will be able to continue their work efficiently. Think of construction workers, waiters, police officers, and firefighters; soon, they will be able to do their jobs in the harsh summer heat in a more comfortable way.

Q: Is Tempesta visible or cumbersome when worn?

Tempesta can be integrated into a variety of clothing in the construction, military, and sports sectors, among others. The system as a whole is 24 cm long and 32 cm high, with a maximum thickness of 4 cm. As such, it can be easily integrated into safety vests, bulletproof vests, and diving suits without being visible from the outside. However, in basketball or soccer jerseys, the system does not have enough space to perform at its full potential.

Q: How much does Tempesta cost and what are the purchase options?

Tempesta offers three purchase options. We offer the system on a monthly or annual rental basis, or as a one-time purchase. The price is discounted based on volume and length of commitment. Le prix est récessif en fonction du volume et de la durée d'engagement. Après un RDV de démonstration, les entreprises peuvent très bien décider d’opter pour la location afin de tester le système avant de partir sur un achat définitif. Les feedbacks sont très importants pour nous et nous sommes à votre écoute. C’est pourquoi, les mises à jour du système (hardware et software) sont gratuites pour les souscriptions annuelles : chaque année on vous fournit la pointe de la technologie.

Q: Is Tempesta certified?

Q: Is there technical support or a warranty for Tempesta?

Tempesta offers technical support and a warranty. For example, in the event of a breakdown, we will collect the product in order to investigate the incident and understand the source of any problems so that we can fix them; another device will be provided free of charge at the same time to ensure continuity of service. The warranty, which is valid for the duration of the contract, covers the free replacement of the device in the event of a malfunction.
