Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Tempesta.

Tempesta is a portable thermal device designed to provide comfort to workers in environments with high thermal stress. Tempesta is CE certified in Europe. ATEX certification is currently in progress. For any question regarding the regulatory compliance of Tempesta in your specific working environment, please contact us via the Contact page. We will assess together the suitability of the product for your use case.

Tempesta is available on a monthly rental basis, an annual rental basis, or as a one-time purchase. The price is discounted based on volume and length of commitment. After a demonstration, many companies choose rental to test the system in real conditions before deciding on a purchase. Hardware and software updates are included in annual subscriptions.

The system operates between -20°C and +60°C, providing a temperature difference of up to 40°C compared to the ambient temperature. This is enough to cool you down or, conversely, warm you up.

The advantages are numerous. Workers suffer less from heat or cold, which translates into an increase in their productivity and overall performance. Exposed trades (construction, security, food service, law enforcement) can continue their work more effectively, even during periods of intense heat.

Tempesta can be integrated into a variety of clothing in the construction, military, and sports sectors, among others. The system is 24 cm long and 32 cm high, with a maximum thickness of 4 cm. In safety vests, bulletproof vests, and suits, the system fits well and is not visible from the outside. For closer-fitting outfits such as sports jerseys, available space is more limited.

Tempesta offers technical support and a warranty. In the event of a breakdown, we collect the product to investigate the incident and understand its source; another device is provided free of charge at the same time to ensure continuity of service. The warranty, valid for the duration of the contract, covers the free replacement of the device in the event of a malfunction.
